South Brent 2 Kingsteignton Res 3
Kingsteignton Athletic reserves pulled off their third win in a row, away to South Brent in difficult weather conditions the game started evenly for 10 minutes, Kingsteignton then started getting the ball out wide with both Louis Hughes and Rick Reynolds looking dangerous, Kings took the lead after 25 minutes after Joe Edworthy latched onto the end of a Louis Hughes cross, within 10 minutes of the restart Rik Reynolds broke away and slotted away for his third goal in three games, the second half was a different story Kingsteignton were on the back for most of the half after South Brent pulled the score back to 2-1 from the penalty spot, South Brent should have equalised from a header only to be denied by a remarkable save from Russell Faulkner, Kingsteignton now sit in 11th position just two points behind South Brent with three games in hand.
