Kingsteignton Reserves 3 Victoria Rangers 0
Kingsteignton Athletic reserves took a much needed confidence boost with a 3-0 victory over Victoria Rangers reserves in the Fred Hewings cup 2nd Round. Kingsteignton started brightly but didn't take the chances which had presented themselves until Rob Kerr opened the scoring with a fantastic solo effort, the second half was a little cagey with Rangers theatening though the opening 10 minutes until Mike Sanders shot took a big defliction on its way to the back of the net. Liam Price finished a good day for Kings with 10 minutes to go Kingsteignton now go into the last 16 draw, where they will be hoping to avoid high flying Paignton Villa Reserves. Elsewhere the favorites Upton Athletic reserves were hammered by Bishopsteignton Athleic reserves 5-1.
