Kingsteignton Athletic reserves hosted Stoke Fleming who have been hammering teams for fun in the opening few weeks of this season. The game started brightly for Kingsteignton who could have taken the lead in the opening few seconds but squandered the chance, Stoke Fleming passed the ball quickly and seemed a few yards quicker than Kingsteignton and were rewarded mid-way through the first half, the goal came about when Kings failed to clear their lines, Stoke Fleming had three chances to score Russ Faulkner saved the first shot, Joe Edworthy blocked the second before Anthony Matthews lashed the ball into the bottom corner. Kings continued to battle and had a chance to level before half time when Carl Whiteway's great cross was mistimed by Graham Disbury.
The Second half Kingsteignton started awfully and were 3-0 down within minutes of the restart, the final score finished 3-0 to Stoke Fleming with Kingsteignton still in the relegation zone awaiting their first point.
